Sow Seed Into Fertile Ground

Sowing of seed is a faith based concept, since it refers to an expectation or hope in God’s response to an act of faith.  It is therefore understood that the ground into which the ‘seed’ is sown can vary and relates to the production of some elements of fruits being manifested in the Kingdom.  In Luke 8:9-15 we learn that the ‘Word’ is the seed sown and does not relate to that which is sown in a physical ground to produce physical fruits.  But rather it is the reception of something done solely by faith and produces that which is of faith.

When we examine scripture, we find that the subject of sowing can refer to an attitude or action. “Even as I have seen, they that plow iniquity, and sow wickedness, reap the same.” (cf. Job 4:8; Psalm 126:5; Jeremiah 31:27; Hosea 2:23; Hosea 10:12; Zechariah 10:9; Proverbs 11:18; Proverbs 22:8)

The principle of reaping according to the nature of that which is sown is evident in Galatians 6:7 which says: “Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap” and even the inference of the opposite being accomplished can be derived from the few passages of scripture listed above.  It is evident that if we sow finances we shall reap in kind or that which is equivalent.

The principle of quantitative and qualitative sowing is also discussed in 2nd Corinthians 9:6 “But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully.”  And in Galatians 6:8 we read: “For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.”

On this note, we invite you into partnership with us by giving you the opportunity to sow seed and assist us in fulfilling the mandate for this area of the vineyard.  Ecclesiastes 11:6 says: “In the morning sow thy seed, and in the evening withhold not thine hand: for thou knowest not whether shall prosper, either this or that, or whether they both shall be alike good.”  The following is a list of a few of the various projects that we are embarking upon:

1. Helping Hands Initiative

2. Women’s Shelter

3. ICEMINISTRIES Training Academy

4. ICEMINISTRIES Radio & Television Network

Furthermore, you may either contribute Bibles or send a monetary donation to help us to provide Bibles in different languages to churches that are apart of our Ministerial Alliance Network.  Also, provide us with tracks or training materials that they can utilize. May the Lord bless you abundantly as we labor together in the Kingdom of our Lord for His glory. We want to take this opportunity to express to you our appreciation as you listen to the voice of God and sow seed into this work. Please note: You may sow your seed by clicking on the button below.
